The Communication & Works Department has observed with serious concern the increasing incidence of officials transferring designated vehicles between districts/divisions without authorization. This practice, along with the unauthorized use of vehicles assigned to vacant positions, has created critical vehicle shortages and negatively impacted departmental operations. Therefore, the Department has directed the immediate cessation of such unauthorized vehicle transfers. All transfers must be processed through the C&W Secretariat's centralized pool, and any deviations from this directive will be subject to disciplinary action
