The Communication and Works Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, held an interactive E-Khuli Kachehri on 8th January 2025 under the chairmanship of Mr. Muhammad Sohail Afridi, Special Assistant to the Chief Minister for Communication and Works Department, along with the Secretary C&W and Chief Engineers and other concerned Officers of C&W Department.

This virtual open court provided a platform for the public to voice their concerns and register complaints directly with the department. The session was organized to enhance public engagement, address grievances effectively, and ensure transparency in the department’s operations.

Participants joined through the provided online link and hotline number, demonstrating an encouraging response from the citizens. Issues related to infrastructure development, road maintenance, and other public works were discussed, and the department assured prompt action and resolution of the reported problems.
